The Fuller Way Group was founded on a simple conviction: healthy organizations grow from healthy leadership. When leaders lead with character and build culture intentionally, people do more than perform — they flourish, and the results follow.

Our work brings together decades of experience in education, human resources, military service, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. We speak, coach, and consult with leaders and teams who want to strengthen how they work together — starting with the partnerships at the heart of every organization, including the leader and the executive partner who helps that leader's work succeed.

Meet Nicky & Mike Fuller

Two different careers, one shared conviction: people flourish under leaders who cultivate them. Nicky brings senior educational leadership and human resources; Mike brings military aviation, strategic planning, and federal service.

Co-Founder

Nicky Fuller

Nicky is a senior educational leader whose career spans the classroom, the principal's office, and district leadership. She served as Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for a large school district, and brings that people-first experience — how leaders are developed, how teams are supported, and how culture is built on purpose — to The Fuller Way Group.

Mike Fuller

Mike brings the discipline of the cockpit and the strategy room. A Naval Aviator turned IT Cyber Security Program Manager with the Department of Defense and the Federal Government, he pairs strategic planning and coaching with experience in organizational transformation and operations improvement — helping leaders think clearly and act decisively.
